St. Luke's Somers Food Pantry

The St. Luke’s, Somers Food Pantry is supported through the largesse of many groups and individuals from town. Funds from the Northeast Westchester Rotary Club, the Knights of Columbus, and the Somers Women’s Club keep the pantry well-stocked and The Somers Volunteer Fire Department conducts weekly food drives for the pantry.

Acme and Stop & Shop kindly provide canned and packaged goods, frozen meats, and cakes. DeCicco and Son's here in Somers has graciously allowed us to have a donation bin in the store where shoppers can purchase and leave groceries for our visitors. They also frequently donate produce and frozen goods. The Lions Club has done tremendous monetary fundraising and outreach. The Tuskers Booster Club, the Somers PTA, and Heritage Hills have organized incredible food drives to help benefit the increased need due to the COVID situation we are facing. Other local businesses like the Soup Ninja and Il Forno have donating fresh soup and hot pizza as well. In addition, many, many individuals have given unselfishly to ensure our ministry remains vital and active.
